Is this for you?

Who this service is for

PCOS, fertility, pregnancy and menopause are different chapters of the same hormonal story, which is why they sit together here rather than on four separate pages.

This is likely a good fit if

  • You have a PCOS diagnosis and have been given a leaflet rather than a plan
  • You are trying to conceive and want your nutrition working for you rather than against you
  • You are pregnant and drowning in contradictory advice about what you can and cannot eat
  • You are in perimenopause or menopause and your body has stopped responding to what used to work

This is probably not the right fit if

  • You need medical treatment for a fertility condition — nutrition supports that care, it does not replace it
  • You are looking for supplement protocols promising to "reverse" PCOS

Practicalities

What's included

Every service runs on the same structure. What changes is what we work on inside it.

First consultation
60–90 minutes, online or in person in Tilburg and Antalya. We go through your history, your habits and what you actually want out of this.
Your plan
Built for you and sent within 5–7 days — not a template, and not a list of foods you already know you should eat.
Follow-ups
Every 2–4 weeks, so the plan adapts to your real life rather than the version of it we imagined in session one.
Between sessions
WhatsApp support for the questions that come up in a supermarket aisle at 6pm, when a plan on paper stops being useful.
Language
Consultations in English or Turkish, with the same depth in both.
Payment
Private-pay. Consultations are not billed to Dutch health insurance — HANZI is not Kwaliteitsregister-registered and holds no AGB code, so if reimbursement matters to you, check your policy before booking.
Getting started
A free discovery call first. It costs you nothing and tells us both whether this is the right fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you provide as a PCOS dietitian?
As a PCOS dietitian, I provide specialized nutrition counseling for PCOS management including hormone balancing nutrition, insulin resistance diet, anti-inflammatory eating, and fertility nutrition support. I create personalized plans to manage PCOS symptoms and optimize overall hormonal health.
How can nutrition help with fertility?
Nutrition plays a crucial role in fertility. A fertility-focused diet rich in antioxidants, healthy fats, and essential nutrients can support hormone balance, egg quality, and reproductive health. I provide evidence-based fertility nutrition plans tailored to your specific situation.
What should I eat during pregnancy?
During pregnancy, your nutritional needs increase significantly. A well-balanced pregnancy diet should include adequate protein, folate, iron, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, and other essential nutrients. I provide personalized prenatal nutrition plans to support both mother and baby's health.
Can you help with endometriosis nutrition?
Yes, nutrition can significantly impact endometriosis symptoms. An anti-inflammatory diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber while limiting red meat and processed foods can help reduce inflammation and manage symptoms. I provide specialized endometriosis nutrition counseling.
